Music

The Chancel Choir and Hand Chimes Choir (Ringing Praises) are led by the director of music and rehearse at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays alternating weeks. Occasionally there will be a Sunday morning rehearsal at 9:30 a.m.

The Children's choir sings three or four times each year and is directed by the director of music and children's teachers.

If you are an instrumentalist and would like to offer your gift, the coordinator of music will meet with you to determine how you can fit into the music program.

We praise God through our music, ranging from contemporary songs to traditional hymns, and featuring the musical gifts of our members and friends. Kenzie, a member of the 2011 Confirmation class, also provided the offertory reflection as she sang and played the ukulele -- a first for us! The song, "This Is The Stuff," by Francesca Battistelli reminded us that God is with us through the everyday "stuff" of our lives: "...I gotta trust You know exactly what You're doing. It may not be what I would choose, but this is the stuff You use."
